TORONTO – Good morning from the Air Canada Centre, where the Bruins will look to break their two-game losing streak tonight against the Maple Leafs. This will be Toronto’s first home game since Randy Carlyle replaced Ron Wilson behind the bench last Friday.

Tim Thomas will make his fourth straight start. Michael Hutchinson will back up Thomas. Hutchinson will give way to Marty Turco, provided the veteran clears waivers by noon on Wednesday. Turco is traveling today and could be in Toronto to join the team.

Puck drop: 7 p.m.

TV/radio info: NESN (Jack Edwards, Andy Brickley, Naoko Funayama),98.5 The Sports Hub (Dave Goucher, Bob Beers)

Records: Bruins 38-23-3, Leafs 30-28-7

Projected Bruins lineup:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Tyler Seguin
Brian Rolston- Patrice Bergeron-Brad Marchand
Benoit Pouliot-Chris Kelly-Jordan Caron
Lane MacDermid-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton

Zdeno Chara-Johnny Boychuk
Dennis Seidenberg-Joe Corvo
Greg Zanon-Adam McQuaid

Tim Thomas
Michael Hutchinson

Healthy scratches: Mike Mottau

Storylines: Daniel Paille will miss his second straight game because of an upper-body injury. Lane MacDermid will be in for Paille on the fourth line. MacDermid dropped the mitts with Mike Rupp on his first NHL shift… Andrew Ference (lower body) will be unavailable for the third straight game... Toronto has the second-worst PK in the league (76.6 percent)… The Leafs are averaging only 9.4 penalty minutes per game. So much for truculence… Greg Kimmerly and Steve Kozari will be the referees. Steve Miller and Don Henderson will be the linesmen.
