Tuukka Rask out against Toronto on Tuesday

As expected, Tuukka Rask will not be available against Toronto on Tuesday. Rask was injured in the second period of Saturday’s game against the Islanders.

“He’s banged up to the point where he’s certainly not going to meet us on this road trip,” said Claude Julien.

GM Peter Chiarelli is expected to provide some information on Rask’s status later today.

* Julien said Daniel Paille is day-to-day because of an upper-body injury. "I think it's going to be hard to detect the length of his [absence]," Julien said.
