SHOOTOUT

Bruins take it, 4-3. Bergeron connects for only shootout goal among six shooters. Bruins end season with 49-29-4 record, 102 points. Playoff opponent still unknown.

Pominville-- No goal. Forehand cut down by Thomas.

Bergeron -- Goal. Forehand through Enroth 5-hole.

Boyes -- no goal

Seguin -- no goal.

Ennis - no goal.

Krejci - no goal

OVERTIME

Bruins can't score with 5-0 shot advantage. Now on to shootout.


2:25 to go in the 5:00 OT. Bruins with only two shots thus far.

THIRD PERIOD

Tied, 3-3, at 60:00. Short intermission, then overtime.

18:10 -- Sharp save by Thomas off Gerbe LW slapper. Bad pass by Corvo leads to Buffalo break out.

12:21 -- Bruins, 3-3. Marchand tucks in backhander near right post after Bergeron disrupts Buffalo breakout high in zone.

9:56 -- Sabres, 3-2. Seguin hammers in one-timer from high in left-wing circle. Power-play goal.

8:46 -- Sabres, 3-1. Pominville cashes in at right post. Two goals in span of 1:44. Seaon over, Sabres hitting on all cylinders.

7:02 -- Sabres, 2-1. Boyes encore. Skates into hot rebound it slot and roofs backhander over Thomas. First lead of day for WNY.

0:50 -- Marchand denied on shorthanded backhand tuck attempt at end of breakaway.

SECOND PERIOD

Deadlocked, 1-1, after 40:00. Bruins with 23-17 shot lead.

Peverley good shorfhanded bit wsith 17 seconds to go. Denied.

19:16 -- First PP for Sabres. Chara off for tripping Kaleta.

15:45 -- Bruins, 1-1. Sabres tie it with ex-Bostonian Brad Boyes potting one of Thomas' doorstep. Sabres carry puck out of own zone after Lucic fans on shot in slot.

Bruins now 4-for-39 on PP since March 3.

10:27 -- Weber off for interference. Bruins with PP No. 3.

Senators losing right now to Devils, 3-2. Still no telling what team will be here Thursday for start of playoffs.
