All done in NYC. Marian Gaborik caps hat trick with OT winner.

20:00 3d period, 3-3: Overtime. After that rotten start, Bruins happy to take a point.

19:12 3d period, 3-3: Game-changing stop by Tuukka Rask on Rick Nash. Then lays out to stuff Marian Gaborik. Game should be over.

15:37 3d period, 3-3: Nathan Horton rips a long-distance shot past Henrik Lundqvist. Takes advantage of screen. Chris Kelly seals off wall, Gregory Campbell chases down puck, Horton snaps it through Carl Hagelin.

10:21 3d period, Rangers 3-2: PK clinic by Bruins. Looking to carry that momentum into offense.

5:17 3d period, Rangers 3-2: Adam McQuaid and Aaron Johnson in box. Five-on-three PP for 1:13.

20:00 2d period, Rangers 3-2: Bruins with some late pressure around the net. Going to take a greasy goal to beat Henrik Lundqvist.

16:24 2d period, Rangers 3-2: No goal. Mike Rupp sent to box for rubbing out Chris Bourque along wall. Carl Hagelin had beaten Tuukka Rask with a wrister.

13:10 2d period, Rangers 3-2: This time, Rangers capitalize on rebound. Tuukka Rask stops point shot. But Taylor Pyatt there to bang home backhand.

12:24 2d period, 2-2: Henrik Lundqvist stops Milan Lucic on initial shot. But Lucic stays with puck and swipes in backhand. Lucic a net-front presence tonight.

1:05 2d period, Rangers 2-1: PPG for Bruins. Dougie Hamilton with point shot. Brad Marchand with tip past Henrik Lundqvist. Nice positioning by Marchand.

0:18 2d period, Rangers 2-0: Good scoring chance for Milan Lucic. Marc Staal off for slashing. Third PP for Bruins.

20:00 1st period, Rangers 2-0: Rangers dominant for most of first. Bruins had little puck possession. Nothing from the power play, especially the second one.

17:31 1st period, Rangers 2-0: Adam McQuaid vs. Brian Boyle. Even bout. McQuaid didn’t like Boyle’s shot after the Rangers were offside. McQuaid went looking for that one. Might help him get his game unglued. McQuaid gets extra two for roughing.

12:43 1st period, Rangers 2-0: Bruins 0 for 10 on PP. Not much happening. Bruins out of sync so far. Dougie Hamilton looking like rookie for first time in three games.

6:49 1st period, Rangers 2-0: Tuukka Rask stops initial point shot by Michael Del Zotto. But Marian Gaborik pots the close-range rebound. Two for Gabby. Timeout Bruins. Rangers winning all the battles.

4:26 1st period, Rangers 1-0: Marian Gaborik finishes the two-on-one rush. Slick breakout with nice dish by Rick Nash. Gaborik goes upstairs.

4:10 1st period, 0-0: Marian Gaborik jamming at loose puck in crease. No goal. Replay confirms Tuukka Rask held the line.

2:05 1st period, 0-0: John Tortorella already double-shifting first line. Will be a long night at office.

1st period, 0:00, 0-0: Dennis Seidenberg will miss his second straight game because of a lower-body injury. Aaron Johnson will replace Seidenberg on defense. The Rangers are sending out the big boys on the first line: Brad Richards between Marian Gaborik and Rick Nash.
