WINNIPEG -- Good afternoon from the MTS Centre, where the Bruins will look to stop a two-game losing streak against the Jets.

Milan Lucic will not play because of a personal reason. Lucic returned to Boston yesterday. Jay Pandolfo will make his season debut.

The Jets will be without Tobias Enstrom. The puck-moving defenseman suffered a shoulder injury against Pittsburgh on Friday.

Puck drop: 6 p.m. ET

Storylines: Rich Peverley will most likely skate in Lucic’s spot on the No. 1 line. Daniel Paille will move up to the third line to replace Peverley. Paille was effective in his last stint on the No. 3 line against Buffalo… The Bruins are scheduled to return to Boston after tonight’s game. They will practice in Wilmington on Tuesday before leaving for Tampa the following day… Ondrej Pavelec should start in goal for the Jets. Usual backup Al Montoya is on injured reserve… The Bruins will not play again until Thursday. This will be the longest break for the rest of the season… Wes McCauley and Don VanMassenhoven will be the referees. Matt MacPherson and Bryan Pancich will be the linesmen.
