David Krejci feeling better, game-time decision tonight
David Krejci, cracked on the right leg by a Johnny Boychuk slap shot on Sunday, will be a game-time decision tonight against the Senators. Krejci said he’s feeling better than he did initially after the injury. Krejci plans to participate in warmups.
Krejci skated today for the first time since he was hurt. Krejci participated in the morning skate, alternating with Ryan Spooner in line rushes between Milan Lucic and Nathan Horton. Krejci did not participate in power-play drills.
If Krejci plays, Spooner would most likely be the healthy scratch.
Tonight’s possible lineup:
Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand-Patrice Bergeron-Tyler Seguin
Jay Pandolfo-Rich Peverley-Jordan Caron
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton
Zdeno Chara-Dougie Hamilton
Aaron Johnson-Dennis Seidenberg
Andrew Ference-Johnny Boychuk
Anton Khudobin
Tuukka Rask
