The Bruins' game Friday vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins was postponed because a massive manhunt for one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects had the city and surrounding regions on lockdown for most of the day.

Update, 10:05 p.m.: The NHL confirmed late Friday the game would be played Saturday at 12:30 p.m. The Penguins' originally scheduled Saturday game, vs. the Sabres at night in Pittsburgh, was moved to Tuesday.

The Bruins' game on Monday, when two bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon at 2:50 p.m., was also postponed. That game was rescheduled for April 28.
