Jaromir Jagr will not play tonight when the Bruins face the Capitals. Jagr didn’t practice Friday and remained in Boston because of flu-like symptoms.

With Jagr unavailable, Kaspars Daugavins will most likely be in uniform. Daugavins hasn’t played since April 13 against Carolina.

The Daugavins-for-Jagr switch should be the only lineup change. The Bruins are still fighting for the No. 2 spot in the Eastern Conference, so they will not rest any of their varsity players.

Tonight’s expected lineup:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Rich Peverley
Brad Marchand-Patrice Bergeron-Tyler Seguin
Carl Soderberg-Chris Kelly-Kaspars Daugavins
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton

Zdeno Chara-Dennis Seidenberg
Andrew Ference-Johnny Boychuk
Wade Redden-Adam McQuaid

Tuukka Rask
Anton Khudobin
