All done at Garden. Bruins with much-needed shutout. Will feel better about their game after this one.

13:15 3d period, Bruins 2-0: David Krejci with a good chance in front after Milan Lucic feed. Anders Lindback with pad stop.

9:40 3d period, Bruins 2-0: Tuukka Rask with 25 saves so far. As sharp as he’s been this season.

20:00 2d period, Bruins 2-0: One of better all-around efforts from Bruins of late. Need to close with good habits in third.

17:22 2d period, Bruins 2-0: Milan Lucic vs. Keith Aulie. Jolts lead to punches. Lucic with convincing win. Best game Lucic’s had this month.

14:39 2d period, Bruins 2-0: Consecutive Tuukka Rask kickouts on Alex Killorn. Rask very sharp.

13:31 2d period, Bruins 2-0: Daniel Paille one-times puck past Anders Lindback. Good cross-ice pass from Gregory Campbell. Bruins grinding out Lightning. One more should do it.

12:20 2d period, Bruins 1-0: Best save of the night for Tuukka Rask. Pushes to left and gloves Steven Stamkos’s close-range snap shot.

4:22 2d period, Bruins 1-0: Dennis Seidenberg’s slapper from right point slips through Anders Lindback. Steady, crisp breakout by Bruins leads to scoring chance. Patrice Bergeron helps with screen in front.

0:00 2d period, 0-0: Don DelNegro back on bench. Hockey trainer. Duh.

20:00 1st period, 0-0: Flickers of life for Bruins in first. Should wear down Lightning in Periods 2 and 3. Tampa Bay coming off game last night.

18:30 1st period, 0-0: Milan Lucic wallops Richard Panik. Some life in Lucic’s legs tonight.

14:00 1st period, 0-0: After whistle, Andrew Ference vs. Benoit Pouliot. Ference gets upper hand early on ex-Bruin. Pouliot rallies at end. First scrap of season for Ference.

9:10 1st period, 0-0: Milan Lucic connects with big hit. These days, that’s big news.

3:20 1st period, 0-0: Trainer Don DelNegro hit by puck on bench. Right side of head. To the room. Tough job.

0:00 1st period, 0-0: Dougie Hamilton wins NESN’s Seventh Player Award. Cripes. NESN viewers must not have heard of Anton Khudobin.

0:00 1st period, 0-0: Dougie Hamilton, Matt Bartkowski, Aaron Johnson, Jay Pandolfo, and Kaspars Daugavins are the healthy scratches.
