Bruins forward Carl Soderberg was injured when he caught a rut in the ice in Friday’s preseason game against Winnipeg, and he was not on the ice for Sunday’s practice at TD Garden.

David Krejci, who missed Friday’s game with back spasms, was also missing from the morning skate.

“Right now, I would say [they are] day-to-day and as we move further, it might be better,” Bruins coach Claude Julien said after practice.

“With Krejci it might be better. With Carl, not sure yet. The injury [he] suffered when he hit a rut the other night, it’s still up in the air, the seriousness of it. We had first deemed it minor, and now its questionable.”

Soderberg has been productive this preseason, scoring a goal in Friday’s 5-0 victory against Winnipeg and a pair of goals in a 2-0 victory last Saturday against Detroit.
