BUFFALO – Welcome to the First Niagara Center, where the Bruins will take on the Sabres this evening. It's their first trip back here since the game in which a John Scott hit gave Loui Eriksson a concussion two months ago.

Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli addressed the media this morning because coach Claude Julien is still feeling the effects of the flu that has infected much of the team in the last week. Julien is expected to be back at the rink in time to coach tonight's game.

Defenseman David Warsofsky is up with the team and in Buffalo, replacing Kevan Miller, who was sent down to Providence on Tuesday.

Game time: 7 p.m.

TV/Radio: NESN/98.5 The Sports Hub

Records: Bruins 23-9-2, Sabres 8-23-3

Projected lineups:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Jarome Iginla
Brad Marchand-Patrice Bergeron-Reilly Smith
Carl Soderberg-Ryan Spooner-Matt Fraser
Jordan Caron-Gregory Campbell-Nick Johnson

Zdeno Chara-Johnny Boychuk
Dennis Seidenberg-Torey Krug
Matt Bartkowski-David Warsofsky

Chad Johnson
Tuukka Rask

Notes: Buffalo beat Winnipeg in its last game in regulation. Before that, the Sabres hadn't won in regulation since Nov. 15 over Toronto. John Scott is a "gametime decision," according to Sabres coach Ted Nolan, likely playing defense. ... For the Bruins, tonight's is the final game in a stretch of five-of-six on the road, which began in Toronto and continued across western Canada. So far, the Bruins are 3-1-0 in those road games. ... The referees are Dennis LaRue and Marc Joannette. The linesmen are Scott Cherrey and Mark Shewchyk.
