CHICAGO -- Welcome to the United Center, where the Bruins and Blackhawks will meet up for the first time since ... well, you know.
It's an unusual 11:30 a.m. start here in the Central time zone, which is something most of the players haven't experienced in years. In fact, Milan Lucic estimated he was 14 the last time he played a game this early in the day.
There was a lot of talk of the "hurt" that still exists for the Bruins from that Stanley Cup Final, with Lucic discussing the fact that he has replaced the final 1:15 of Game 6 probably 100 times in his head.
The Bruins can't erase that, but getting two points today would certainly help this year's team after Boston went through a dip against some of the tough Western Conference opponents in the last two weeks.
