Storylines: The Bruins are still in the hunt for a defenseman prior to Wednesday’s deadline. Buffalo is selling, so the Bruins will be in on Henrik Tallinder. But with Buffalo identified as a clear seller, there will be multiple bidders in the mix for Tallinder. It will be the same case for Andrew MacDonald, who will draw even more interest, thereby driving up the price… Adam McQuaid did not travel to New York. It’s unknown when McQuaid will return to uniform… This could be Ryan Callahan’s final home game. The Rangers' captain will be unrestricted after this season. The sides have not progressed on an extension. The Rangers next play at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night after the deadline… Derrick Brassard has nine points in his last seven games… Mike Leggo and Dennis LaRue will be the referees. Mark Shewchyk and Matt MacPherson will be the linesmen.
