Bruins Recall Matt Fraser, Assign Justin Florek

Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli announced Thursday that the club has recalled forward Matt Fraser from the AHL's Providence Bruins and assigned Justin Florek to Providence. Fraser will join the team Thursday morning and be eligible for Game 4 against the Canadiens in Montreal.

Fraser spent two seasons (2011-2013) with the AHL's Texas Stars, recording 70 goals and 31 assists for 101 points. The forward appeared in a total of 13 NHL games with the Dallas Stars earning a goal and two assists before joining the Bruins organization in the trade that also brought Loui Eriksson and Reilly Smith to Boston.
