EA Sports Captures 'Every Detail' of TD Garden...Except the Benches

EA Sports sounds very excited about how realistic its upcoming crop of games will look on the next-gen PS4 and Xbox One consoles. They're rolling out screenshots of different arenas for the September release of "NHL 15," and there's no shortage of elation in this teaser:

The power of the next-gen consoles finally allows the NHL franchise to capture every detail of an NHL arena. Unique arena elements such as 19,000+ seat capacities, dynamic lighting, player entrance tunnels and much more are all captured with a level of detail not possible on the previous generation. This summer, NHL 15 will make home games will truly feel like home.

Well, almost every detail. TD Garden does look incredible, as you can see in the photo above, but you'll also notice that the Bruins bench is on the right while the visitors are sitting on the left. Here's a look at the actual TD Garden during this year's playoffs.

So close. As a Reddit user pointed out, the benches are flipped in the game.

Is this incredibly picky? Of course. Should EA Sports get the benches right if it's going to use its realism as a marketing strategy? Absolutely. And should the benches definitely be right at TD Garden since a certain Bruin is on the cover of the game? You bet.
