The list of Boston's champions since 2000 now extends to lacrosse after the Boston Cannons defeated the Hamilton Nationals, 10-9, in August of 2011 for their first Major League Lacrosse title. There's been a lot of celebrating in Boston in the past decade. The Bruins' seven-game Stanley Cup Final win over the Canucks shook the region in June, and the Red Sox and Patriots appear poised to add to their championship hardware.
