Boston Athletic Association thanks law enforcement community
The Boston Athletic Association, which manages the Boston Marathon, issued the following statement on its Boston Marathon Facebook page following the capture Friday of the second suspect in the Marathon bombings.
The B.A.A. joins all citizens of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in thanking the federal, state and city law enforcement community for the resolution of today's manhunt. BOSTON Stands As One!At this time, we remember Martin Richard, 8; Krystle Campbell, 29; Lingzi Lu, 23; and Officer Sean Collier, 26. We also remember all of those injured on Monday, and their families.

- Rich 'Shifter' Horgan is a 19-time Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team member who runs in honor of his father, who died of colon cancer. He will provide updates on local running events with a focus on the charitable organizations that provide Boston Marathon entries for their organization's fund raising purposes
