Volunteers Carol Bourque (left), 48, and Beezie Handy, 51, passed out shirts and other swag to runners. "Everybody's happy and in a good mood," Borque said. Both women have run the Boston Marathon once, although it's "easier on the knees to volunteer," Bourque said. Both modeled the new shirts tailored for women. "It took them 112 years to make a women's shirt," Borque said.
