2010 Marathon pre-race activities

The finish line to the Boston Marathon was put down on Boyston Street in front of the Boston Public Library on Thursday. On Friday, Boston Police directed traffic as staging was erected around it. The line is normally placed on the Saturday before the race, but this year the plan was changed because of the weather.
