Celebrities and elites at Boston Marathon

The 116th Boston Marathon kicked off the morning of April 16 in Hopkinton. The elite women runners started at 9:32 a.m., the elite men at 10 a.m., followed shortly by everyone else, including celebrity participants. Several top US runners will not be in Boston because they have qualified for the Olympics and are in training. But there will still be thousands of athletes to cheer for.
