D-fense

The Patriots' defense has been huge at home all season, allowing just 68 points. They pitched three shutouts. They've made the key plays when it has counted. It's time Patriots Nation gives this unit a nickname. Send in your suggestions.

I think their nickname should be "Home Wreckers". If they come to your home they wreck your day.

The Pats' defense should be called: "The 8.6.ers" (pronounced eighty-sixers) Reasons: 1) They allowed only 68 points at home over 8 games equalling 8.6 points allowed on average per game. 2)86 in military lingo means eliminate or kill which the Pats' D does to opposing offenses!!
