Wacky Challenge: Panther on rye with Kraft cheese and a Brew-ski, anyone?
OK, so maybe that sandwich doesn't honor a Pats player, but we couldn't resist. What would you make for Tom Brady? What sandwich combo captures Willie McGinest? What's suitable for Bill Belichick (brains on Wonder bread, hold the mustard)? Jolene of Whiting, NJ, who sent in this idea, came up with a sandwich in honor of the game itself: A BLT, for bacon, lettuce, and turf. And we know which team's players will be tasting turf all day, don't we! So send along your wacky ideas. The person with the best suggestion will get a cheesy prize, mailed by our Marketing Dept. in seven to 10 days.

He had hoped to SEYMOUR of a selection on it, but anyway placed his order as follows: a cheeseburger HOLD THE PEPPERS, a large order of BRANCH fries, and a LIGHT BRUSCHI....and it was free because he won the POOLE. Bill , Chicopee The Bill Belichick: plain white bread no baloney, no mustard, definitely no TUNA, plenty of KRAFT Mayonaise, two slices of TOM BRADY loaf, two slices of WisJOHNSONCheese, garnish with sweet VINATER pickles, serve with EIGHT IN THE BOX chips, a nice glass of TEDY BRUSCHI and you have a sandwich that's not against the LAW! Brian , wellesley hills A Bruski - cew stake sandwich with Kraft whiz cheese on top. Toney, West Newbury The Diner-style triple decker sandwhich. First layer is a Ted Washington sized helping of roast beef, plain and simple, for the front 3. Second layer is ham and cheese for the "ordinary" linebacking core that has become spectacular, and maybe a little Kraft Miracle Whip to accent some of the plays these guys have made this year. The third and final layer comes with some spice. Jalapenos, hots, spicy mustard on thick-sliced salami to represent the sudden kick of energy a Rodney Harrison hit can give the team. It's all about the D baby!! ~GO PATS!~ Rob, West Roxbury The perfect pre-game sandwich:Sliced Roast Panther with Pickled Colts Feet marinated in Titan Sour Mash between 2 slices of multi-grain Patriot Rye Bread.
