Good for MTV! It's nice to see the human body on television. CBS and MTV are private enterprises, and the fact that there is an FCC (ie: a government regulation of the media) is downright communist. There is another place in the world where the government has control over the media: it's called China.

The human body is a beautiful thing. If you are complaining because your children saw a breast, then I feel sorry for your children, who are probably gonna be alone and virgins until they're 20. Shame on you parents.
