Jackson bares breast during half time show

Pop superstar Janet Jackson lost her chest plate during her Super Bowl XXXVIII half time performance, giving football fans an unexpected peep show. It appeared as though singer Justin Timberlake ripped it off as part of the show, revealing Jackson's right breast with a silver star on it. Did someone go too far?

I thought that Janet's revealing performance was completely unnessacary. It is inapropriate to reveal such things, even if the nipple was covered by a sticker on national television with young children watching. This was an inappropriate, LAME attempt for ratings and I will not endorse either artist in the future.

yessiree, talentless Timberlake can't seem to keep his hands to himself. What a jack.

Well based on their expressions in the photo it does look like it happened unexpected, but lets face it they are "actors". If it was a planned stunt, it just goes to show that they don't feel confident enough in their talent alone and have to drop more tasteless antics. Granted, it is just a part of the human body and we ought not be offended. However, with social norms as they are, and the fact that this is in primetime, and they have the attention of our children, if it was a stunt they should be boycotted. If there is no public apology regardless if it were or were not a stunt, they should be boycotted anyway. We teach our children not to behave inappropriately, and hold back rewards if they display inappropriate behavior. The message should be clear that this behavior is not rewarded regardless of who you are or what you do.

Shame on the MTV/VH1 mind set.

CBS should know better about their choice of performers.

What will happen during the Grammies?
