Have you heard the latest buzz about the seemingly dead Manny-for-A-Rod, Nomar-for-Ordonez blockbuster deal? According to several fan message boards, including sonsofsamhorn.com and bostondirtdogs.com, the official team sites of the Red Sox, Rangers, and White Sox all changed their flags at the top of their sites within an hour of each other at about 2 a.m. today, removing images of the aforementioned players. Spooky! Conspiracy! What do you think is going on???

I think that people need to lay off the dead Arod deal, and start to concentrate on the alive Pats. There is no doubt that Beantown is a baseball first city, but give me a break. The owner was on one of the aforementioned sites saying the deal was dead, the Rangers owner sent a letter out the season ticket holders saying that Arod would be back...and people are still harping on it....How about a little respect for the team that did being us a championship since the time reference switched from BC to AD.

Very interesting , especially where AROD should be the only player on the Rangers site . But this could have been put into motion last month thinking it was going to go through . Don't get me wrong , been part of the Nation for years and still am even though I live in the "Evil" Empire state , but until it happens , it's still only speculation . I was reading on sonsofsamhorn that people couldn't confirm if Arod was on the rangers banner. I can't confirm that, but I do know that in their graphic box next to the news headlines at the bottom, they were advertising an Arod jersey for most of the past month along with the season ticket info. Now that is replaced with a generic bat picture. hmm...
