Your message to Yankee fans

If you're walking on air today, you're not alone in Red Sox Nation. The Sox took six of seven games from the Yankees over the last 10 days, not exactly payback for last season's playoff ouster, but certainly a good start.

Do you have a message to all those Yankees fans who spent all of last October gloating? Drop us a note and we'll post a top 10 list at the end of the day, and please, resist the urge to use profanity!

"But it's only April" That's right Yankee fans an early start to the boohooing all year long! Go Sox! Red Sox Nation strong here in Virginia!

Jason , Richmond, Va

Game 1 and Game 162 mean the same thing. So taking 6 of 7 from the yankees does mean something. Even though its onyl April is a huge lift for the upcoming games later in the season. George, get on the horn and find yourself a starting pitcher, hey we get an extra one-you can have BK Kim, Theo awaits your call.

Rick, Reading

Well, Ultimately I want to thank the Players Union for completely messing up the proposed A-Rod/Manny Trade. So thanks Yaks for taking A-Rod!...looks like it'll work out great for the Red Sox Nation!

Ray , Seattle, WA (Born in Attleboro, MA)

There's too many cooks in the kitchen on your team to be successful. Sound the alarm, the begining of the corporate implosion of Yankees, Inc. begins when Jeter takes game or two off, A-Rod subsitutes in on Jeter's break, A-Rod tears is it up, then all hell breaks loose. HOW 'BOUT THEM APPLES!

Chris, Dedham

Oh, it's just sour grapes. Say hi to A-Fraud for me.

Harold

Welcome to the major leagues, A-Rod. I wonder if A-Rod ever got booed in Texas?

Lowell Girl, Lowell

How is that 180 Million dollar payroll looking now!!!!

Jeff Ryan, Medford

We might be sour grapes but I know one sour PRUNE. What a shame, all that money and nothing to show

BB, Winchester

Sure, your Yankees always win in October, but can they win in APRIL, when it REALLY counts?

Pete, Somerville

Not only did Jeter stink up the place with his lack of hitting, he stunk it up with his acting. Jumping away from pitches over the plate. Not even Little League.

Bill G., Merrimack, NH
