Last season's "Cowboy Up" rally cry is dead and buried, but other themes -- like Red Sox hitting coach Papa Jack's slogan "Somebody Gotta Pay" and Kevin Millar's "Skin it to Win It" (regarding shaving heads again) -- have been bandied about for this squad. So far, though, nothing has stuck.

After the Pats won last year's Super Bowl, I saw a great t-shirt, that mocked the Sox's "Cowboy Up" motto. The shirt read: "No Theme, Just Team". I think that describes this year's Sox team quite well. If that doesn't work, maybe "Back in the Saddle Again".
