Last season's "Cowboy Up" rally cry is dead and buried, but other themes -- like Red Sox hitting coach Papa Jack's slogan "Somebody Gotta Pay" and Kevin Millar's "Skin it to Win It" (regarding shaving heads again) -- have been bandied about for this squad.
