Even if he still is skiing World Cup in 2010, Bode Miller says he won't be skiing in another Olympics, not after his "terrible" experience in the last one. "It's highly doubtful that I'll be racing in 2010," America's top skier said in an interview yesterday, "and even if I am racing in World Cup, I wouldn't go [to the Olympics]. There's too much emphasis on winning," he said during an appearance at BodeFest in Bretton Woods, N.H., a charity ski event . . . Mike Morin resigned as US Ski Team men's slalom and giant slalom head coach and will be replaced by assistant Sasha Rearick.

NCAA rescinds part of O'Brien ruling
The NCAA reversed itself and threw out three violations and part of a fourth that occurred under former Ohio State basketball coach Jim O'Brien because the association's enforcement staff missed a deadline for filing charges. The university said penalties imposed because of the violations -- including NCAA probation and erasing all references to its 1999 Final Four appearance -- will stand. O'Brien was fired June 8, 2004, six weeks after he revealed to then-athletic director Andy Geiger that he lent $6,000 to recruit Aleksandar Radojevic in 1999. Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones said he will appeal his season-long suspension and thinks NFL commissioner Roger Goodell made him the league's poster boy for disciplining players. "I think it was a little bit harsh," Jones said to an ESPN reporter at a boxing card in Tunica, Miss. "I expected the suspension, but for a whole year for a guy that hadn't been charged with nothing? Indians' Westbrook signs 3-year deal
