The Hit Dog
Mo Vaughn was a three time All-Star and the 1995 American League MVP. Vaughn played baseball at Seton Hall, where he hit 57 home runs in three years and was named the Big East player of the decade. The brothers of Mo's fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, gave him the nickname The Hit Dog, because of his knack for having hits in bunches.
