Bruins center Marc Savard, out since mid-October with a broken foot, working out at TD Garden while his teammates take the ice against Florida, Nov. 11, 2009 --
"I'm just thinking about working, putting in the best effort I can so I can get out on the ice as fast as I can. I can't wait until I'm done with this thing. I obviously want to start playing again. I miss it, for sure. On my iPod, I like music you can sing along to. I don't like hearing that heavier stuff they play and you don't know what they're saying. I listened to 'Meet Me Halfway' by the Black Eyed Peas, 'Fireflies' by Ocean Eyes, and 'Stronger' by Kanye West. The Kanye West song has a good beat to it."
