Through a special partnership with Boston University, four students are assisting Boston.com in covering the London Olympics. The students have been in London since the start of the month setting up shop and learning the lay of the land as part of a BU study abroad program.

The first report, by Marie Torto, is a video that focuses on the mood in the city as the games approach.

Torto, along with Megan Happ, Amy Gorel and Emily Zendt, will file features, photos and video that will be included in a special location on our Olympics page as well as throughout our Olympics coverage. They'll also blog and tweet.
