BOSTON—Top Americans Meb Keflezighi (kih-FLEZ-ghee) and Ryan Hall will run in the Boston Marathon next spring.

No American man has won the race in Boston since Greg Meyer in 1983. Keflezighi and Hall have each finished third in the world's longest-running annual marathon.

Keflezighi won the New York Marathon last month. He owns the second-fastest American marathon time ever, running 2 hours, 6 minutes, 17 seconds.

Hall holds American records in the 20K and half marathon and was first at the 2007 U.S. Olympic Trials.
