ROCCARASO, Italy—Ryan Cochran-Siegle of Starksboro, Vt., won the men's combined title Friday for his second gold medal of the 2012 Alpine Junior World Ski Championships.

Cochran-Siegle, who turns 20 on March 27, won the downhill last week to become the first U.S. ski racer since 2006 to win that event at the junior worlds.

The combined result is based on finishes in the downhill, giant slalom (he was 28th) and the slalom (he was 10th).

Cochran-Siegle's mother, Barbara Ann Cochran, won a slalom gold medal at the 1972 Olympics.

The women's downhill was canceled after two days of fog delays.
