To say it's a great time to be a Boston sports fan is an understatement of historic proportions. Since the Red Sox lost Game 4 of the ALCS on Oct. 16, the Sox, Patriots, and Celtics (sorry Bruins) have combined for an otherworldly 53-7 record.
