There was a playoff atmosphere in Detroit, as the Celtics tried to score some payback for a Pistons-induced December loss at home. Glen "Big Baby" Davis scored a career-high 20 points, including several buckets and an important offensive rebound in the final minute. When it was all over, the Celtics extended their winning streak to nine games while simultaneously snapping Detroit's streak at 11.
