On the third anniversary of the Red Sox World Series win in 2004, rookie Jacoby Ellsbury had four hits, including three doubles, while teammate Daisuke Matsuzaka pitched 5 1/3 innings and struck a two-run single -- his first big-league hit. The Sox blew it open with six runs on seven hits in one inning against Josh Fogg and made history with two rookies at the top of the order -- Ellsbury and Dustin Pedroia.
