Antoine WalkerThe Celtics selected the 6-foot-9-inch forward out of Kentucky with the sixth overall pick in 1996 NBA draft. Walker led the team in scoring his rookie season and in 1999 the Celtics gave No. 8 the largest contract in franchise history with a $71 million, six-year extension. Walker earned $110 million-plus over the course of an up-and-down career. He had his best overall season in 2001-2002 by helping the Celtics to their first playoff berth in 7 years and leading the team to the greatest comeback in NBA playoff history over the Nets. But he seemed to make more bad than good decisions on the floor, heaving up three's at the wrong time instead of passing the ball, and eventually wiggled his way into a trade prior to the 2003-04 season, but came back in 2005. In 2010, Walker filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, and was charged with writing bad checks for casino markers totaling $1 million in Las Vegas.
