Comings and goings in 2010

Star power is rarely lacking on Boston's sports teams during this era. But more so than ever, this year it seemed that some big names showed up in that little type in the transactions column. Randy Moss ran a go-route to Minnesota, cut there, and somehow ended up in Tennessee. Shaquille O'Neal arrived and took the city by storm, showing us how an iconic superstar can make himself accessible. The Red Sox -- who did lack star power last year by their standards -- reloaded with Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford. Patriots cornerback Devin McCourty highlighted a banner class of rookies. And there were many more. Here is a chronological look at Comings and Goings in 2010.
