Tennis Grand Slam
Just two men and three women have completed the tennis Grand Slam (win all four majors in the same calendar year), and Rod Laver (1962, '69) is the only player to do it twice. The four major tournaments are the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open. West Germany's Steffi Graf (left) was the most recent Grand Slam winner in 1988.
