ISL Spring Team

Matt Duffy, St. Sebastian's
 Baseball
  Duffy captured ISL MVP and Offensive Player of the Year honors this year, hitting .542 with seven home runs and 21 RBIs. The 6-3 senior also posted a 5-0 record on the mound. The Needham native enjoys fishing and golfing. He will attend Vermont.
Erin Fleming, Lawrence Academy
 Softball
  The 5-10 pitcher received all league honors for the third straight season, as well being named the ISL MVP. A high honors student, Fleming was also a three time all league selection in basketball, and team MVP in soccer. She will attend Holy Cross.
Pete Harrison, St. Paul's
 Track & Field
  It wasn’t enough for Harrison to just win the 800, 1500, and 3000 meters at the ISL championships, he had to set meet records in all three events, shattering the original records. Also captain of the basketball team, he will run at Amherst.
Alexandra Jackson, Thayer Academy
 Track & Field
  The body of work speaks for itself. ISL and New England champ in the 100 and 4x100 meters, and the triple jump, which she set a school record, Jackson was one of the ISL’s most accomplished runners this year. She heads to BU in the fall as a pre-med.
Chase Lovett-Woodsum, BB&N
 Golf
  The junior finished with an 11-2-2 record in the No. 1 role for BB&N, winning the individual portion of the ISL tournament with a score of 74, while leading his team to a 2nd place finish. He was also a member of the N.E. Junior Ryder Cup Team.
Rob Owen, Noble & Greenough
 Lacrosse
  The ISL leading scorer and MVP ends a stellar career with 319 points, 220 goals and 99 assists. The two-time All-American has started every game since eighth grade, capturing two ISL titles. He will attend Princeton.
Sarah Plumb, Noble & Greenough
 Lacrosse
  A two-time league all-star, the junior midfielder earned 1st team All-America honors this season. The Wellesley native is also a league all-star in field hockey and basketball, and was a recipient of the Harvard Book Prize.
Charlie Posner, Milton Academy
 Tennis
  The senior captain didn’t drop a set this year, posting an 18-0 record and leading his team to an ISL league title and a fourth straight Class A New England Prep School Championship. Posner never lost a singles match in four years, and will attend Brown.
Jasmine Reid, Milton Academy
 Track & Field
  The sophomore finished tops in the ISL in the 100 and 300-meter hurdles, including a first place finish in New England in the 100. A straight A student who also plays volleyball, Reid plans to attend Brown to study veterinary medicine.
Nate Richman, Thayer Academy
 Track & Field
  At 6-6, 275, opponents had their work cut out in trying to compete with Richman and they did not come close, as the senior was the ISL champ in both the discus and shot put by wide margins. The North Easton native will play football at BC.
Erica Robertson, BB&N
 Tennis
  The junior is a three-time all league selection, earning ISL MVP honors this year after a 17-0 campaign that included a New England Class A Playoff championship. The 5-8 Watertown native enjoys reading, and plans to play D1 tennis in college.
Trip Wray, Noble & Greenough
 Golf
  The senior captain posted the best record in the ISL this season at 9-1-2, taking fourth place in the ISL tournament with a score of 76. The Walpole native finished his career with a 54-8-7 record. He will play hockey and golf at Amherst in the fall.

EIL Spring Team

Brian Adam, Pingree
 Lacrosse
  The EIL MVP finished his career with over 100 career points, including 20 goals and 25 assists this season for the two-time New England Small School champs. The Peabody native also plays football and hockey, and will attend St. Lawrence in the fall.
Meghan Arsenault, Newton Country Day
 Softball
  The senior captain from Newton didn’t suffer a single loss in her last two years, posting a 22-0 record over that span, while capturing two EIL MVP awards. She posted a .545 average at the plate, along with a .31 ERA this year, and will attend BC.
Abigail Hill, Dana Hall
 Lacrosse
  Hill was a prep school New England all-star for the second consecutive year, scoring 44 goals and handing out 18 assists. The senior captained Dana Hall’s soccer, ice hockey and lacrosse teams, and will play soccer and lacrosse at Connecticut College.
Garrett Lane, Pingree
 Tennis
  The Reading native went 19-0 this season, capturing a second EIL MVP honor and he’s just a junior. Ranked #6 in the 18 year old bracket for the USTA New England division, the 5-11 honors student boasts a 36-2 career record at Pingree.
Jolmi Minaya, Pingree
 Baseball
  Only a sophomore, Minaya captured EIL MVP and Offensive Player of the Year honors this season, hitting .545 and posting an 11-0 record on the mound, with a 1.75 ERA. The shortstop and honors student also plays basketball and runs cross-country
Jennifer Mscisz, Pingree
 Tennis
  Just a freshman, Mscisz went undefeated this season in the No. 1 singles slot for Pingree. The honors student from Topsfield also plays field hockey, and enjoys singing, reading, and traveling in her spare time, and is a USTA player.
