Coaches Associations girls coach of the year for his team's success, ``This is an outstanding group of individuals,'' he said, ``They all work extremely hard and don't back down from any challenges. This is not the first all-scholastic selection for Foley. He was a member of the 1991 all-scholastic team as a swimmer at Weston.
