EIL All-Scholastics

Kate Anderson, Bancroft
 Volleyball
  The two-time EIL MVP led Bancroft to a 75-0 record this season. The outside hitter averaged over 12 kills and nearly two aces per match for 272 kills, 123 aces and .767 hitting percentage this season. She will attend Williams College this fall.
Brian Calandra, Lexington Christian
 Wrestling
  Went 28-3 en route to his fourth EIL title and a fifth-place finish at New Englands. He also placed top three in the Northern New England Invitational three times, and was also top ten at New Englands for cross-country. He ends his career 81-20.
Jared Pimm, Concord
 Basketball
  The Eastern Independent League's top basketball player, Pimm finished his career as Concord's all-time leading scorer with more than 1,500 points. A three-time EIL All-Star, Pimm will attend Trinity College in Hartford.
Kaitlin Spurling, Pingree
 Hockey
  Sophomore notched 70 points (47 goals, 23 assists) to earn her second straight EIL and team MVP honors. A two-time national girls' hockey team champion, she broke the school record for goals as a freshman. This is her second time as an All-Scholastic.
Aparna Sud, Dana Hall
 Basketball
  Just a sophomore, the 5-foot-9 off-guard averaged over 16 points per game and was MVP of both the team and the Rivers School Tournament. An honorable mention league all-star a year ago, she was a NEPSAC All-Star this season.

ISL All-Scholastics

Sean Bilodeau, Brooks
 Wrestling
  The four-time New England Prep champ was this year's national prep champ in the 152-pound class, with a 40-1 record. In four years, he went undefeated in New England for a 144-7 overall record. He will attend Lehigh.
Samantha Buechner, St. George's
 Squash
  The Stanford-bound senior finished her career as an ISL co-MVP, holding an 8-2 record when ranked No. 1 this season. A U.S. National teamer won the Under-19 MSRA Open, came in sixth at New England Class A's, and led her team to an ISL championship.
Remy Cofield, Roxbury Latin
 Basketball
  The Penn-bound senior is the school's all-time career points leader (1,549), a finalist for Gatorade Player of the Year and a McDonald's All-American nominee. The ISL co-MVP and four-time All-ISL has over 500 rebounds and 100 blocks.
Cecelia Cortes, Milton Academy
 Squash
  The three-time All-ISL helped her team lock up a tie for fourth at New Englands, and placed seventh at the National High School Championships. She also enjoys tennis and yoga, and will attend Harvard College.
Antonio Diaz-Gonzales Salas, St. George's
 Squash
  Went 15-1 to earn the New England Prep title and ISL MVP, and was also a recipient of the ISL Individual Sportsmanship Award. A junior who has competed across the globe, he is a member of the Mexican Junior National Squash team.
Ryan Dowd, Belmont Hill
 Squash
  Ranked No. 2 nationally for his age group, the ISL MVP led Belmont Hill to a 15-0 record. The U.S. National teamer has been competing since ninth grade, including a New York City Metropolitan Squash Championship, and will be attending Yale.
Christian Ebert, Middlesex
 Hockey
  Ebert completed a stellar senior season in which he racked up ISL Division 2 All-League, ISL All-New England Second Team, and ISL Eberhardt MVP honors. After 18 goals and 14 assists this winter, he concludes his career with 118 points.
Alex Englert, Belmont Hill
 Skiing
  A junior, Englert is making his third straight All-Scholastic appearance as the ISL skiing MVP. He finished in the top 10 in Class A this winter as Belmont Hill won the ISL title. An honor roll student, Englert also plays football and lacrosse.
Kevin McNamara, Belmont Hill
 Hockey
  Forty-six points (14 goals, 32 assists) earned the Colgate-bound senior ISL MVP, All-ISL and First Team All-New England honors. McNamara, who had spent time on the Under-17 U.S. National team, finished his career on the '07 ISL champs with 103 points
Stevie Mejia, Lawrence
 Basketball
  A 5-foot-9, 170-pound junior point guard, he averaged 18 points, five assists and three steals en route to ISL co-MVP honors. The former EIL first-teamer was one of the top 11 at the National Prep School Invitational, and has verballed to Rhode Island.
Brittany Murphy, Lawrence
 Hockey
  The senior forward was an integral part of a stalwart Lawrence Academy team that made it to the quarterfinals of the New England Tournament this year. Also a standout in field hockey and lacrosse, she will play at Connecticut.
Rhetta Nadas, Nobles
 Squash
  Currently ranked No. 7 in the nation for girls under 19, the senior only lost one match this season en route to making All-ISL for the fourth year in a row. She also finished fourth at the 2007 US Junior Closed Championship.
Rachael Ogundiran, St. Mark's
 Basketball
  The school's first female 1,000-point scorer, she had 23 double-doubles and put up averages of 18 points, 16 rebounds, five blocks and 2.3 steals in her senior season to earn her third All-ISL and second All-NEPSAC. She will row at Syracuse in the fall.
Casey Pickett, St. Mark's
 Hockey
  Only a sophomore, she has already begun to make her knack for lighting the lamp known, notching 23 goals and five assists in ISL games this season. A member of the soccer and softball teams, she will be a soccer captain for the 2007 season.
Meghan Weiler, Nobles
 Skiing
  The former Junior Olympian was an ISL champion in her junior season, earning her a spot on the Div. A All-New England team -- her fourth consecutive distinction. She was also an All-Scholastic last year, and plays on the lacrosse and soccer teams.

Hillary Knight, Choate
 Hockey
  The Division 1 Player of the Year, Knight had more than 50 goals and 20 assists for Choate this winter. In the postseason, out of the 13 goals that Choate scored, Knight had 11 goals and two assists. In the NEPSAC title game, she had four goals and an assist in the win over Nobles. A member of the US Women's World team, she will attend Wisconsin.
Bray Ketchum, Greenwich
 Hockey
  One of the most talented hockey players in New England, Ketchum was named the Division 2 Player of the Year as Greenwich won its third straight Division 2 title. In 26 games she had 26 goals and 10 assists. She finishes her career with 82 goals and 123 points in just 78 games. Also a lacrosse and field hockey captain, she will attend Yale.
