Brad Barone, Roxbury Latin
Barone was named first-team All-
New England, first-team All-ISL, and
MVP this season after posting a 1.90
goals-against average and a .938 save
percentage. Barone finished his
career with a .936 save percentage.

skiing
Tory Cameron, Nobles
Cameron has been named an All-
League racer each of the four years
and while on the team, the girls have
not lost an ISL race. She was also
named to the NEPSAC Class A All-
New England team this year and will
attend Union in the fall.

Brady Caspar, Milton Academy
Caspar is a two-time Milton Academy
captain who placed first in four of his
five ISL ski races this season. He also
finished second in the NEPSAC
championship slalom. An honors
student, Brady plans to pursue an
engineering degree in college.

hockey
Jillian Dempsey, Rivers
Dempsey capped a brilliant career at
the Weston school by leading her
team to a 17-5-3 record and a berth
as the top seed in the Division 2
playoffs. Shes a four-time ISL All-
Star, the John Carlton Award winner,
and will attend Harvard this fall.

basketball
Erik Murphy, St. Mark's
The University of Florida-bound
Murphy led his team to its third Class
C NEPSAC title in four years and was
named MVP of the tournament. He
averaged 21 points and seven rebounds
per game and finished his
career with 1,951 points.

basketball
Kelsey Lawler, Nobles
Lawler led her team to four straight
ISL titles and a 47-1 record in league
play. The senior captain compiled
1,264 points, 1,047 rebounds, and
was named first-team All-ISL and a
New England Prep School All-Star
three times each.

Danielle Rainer, Groton
The 6-foot-1-inch forward took ISL
Player of the Year honors after averaging
13 points and 8.1 rebounds per
game for Groton. She was also named
to the NEPSAC and ISL first teams
for the third consecutive year. Rainer
will attend Williams College.

squash
Will Sullivan, Milton Academy
The ISL MVP finished 8-0 in league
play, 11-2 overall, and was third at
the New Englands. Sullivan was the
teams cocaptain the past two years.
Milton took second in the ISL this
winter. A senior, hell attend Colby
and continue his squash career.

hockey
Michael Condon, Belmont Hill
After posting a 20-8-3 record with a
2.12 goals-against average, Condon
was named ISL MVP and to the
All-New England team. The 6-foot-2-
inch netminder also plays lacrosse
and will continue his career at
Princeton this fall.

Courtney Jones, St. George's
Jones, who began the season ranked
ninth nationally among under-17
players, went undefeated in the ISL,
and was 16-2 including the New
England championships and Nationals.
She has represented the United
States in international competition.

wrestling
Daniel Murphy, Roxbury Latin
Murphy was this years ISL champion
at 130 pounds as well as Roxbury
Latins captain. He was all-league
four times, All-New England three
times, and an ISL champion twice.
He finished his career with a 117-25
record.
EIL

swimming
Molly McSweeney, Pingree
Despite being just a freshman, Mc-
Sweeney took team and EIL MVP
honors. She had victories at the
NEPSSA Championships in the 500
freestyle in 5:09.62 and the 200 IM in
2:13.63. She was also named an
All-American at YMCA Nationals.

wrestling
Jason Mills, Lexington Christian
Mills graduates as LCAs career leader
in wins, with a record of 101-26.
Mills took first place at 140 pounds at
the Northern New England Tournament.
He was the captain on this
years squad which completed its
fourth-straight undefeated season.

hockey
Lee Tsairis, Berwick Academy
Tsairis, a junior goalie, was the team
MVP as well as the EIL MVP as Berwick
finished 14-9-1. In 24 games she
had a goals agaisnt average of 1.38
and made 771 saves. An honor roll
student, she also plays varsity lacrosse
and soccer.

Emily Wanger, Winsor School
eraging 21 points, 10 rebounds,
and 9 blocks per game, Wanger was
named the EIL MVP for the second
time and a NEPSAC all-star for the
third consecutive season. With 1,500
career points, she will head to Yale to
continue her basketball career.

Lenworth Williamson, Pingree
The 6-foot-4-inch senior forward
averaged 25 points, 12 rebounds, and
4 assists this season as he earned EIL
MVP honors for the second consecutive
season. He also became the
schools all-time leading scorer with
2,096 career points.

swimming
Maggie Chory, Winsor School
The eighth-grader set school records
in the 100 butterfly (59.02) and 100
backstroke (1:02.12) and placed first
in both events at the EIL Championships.
The Weston resident also
won the 100 butterfly at the NEPSSA
Championships.

squash
Hannah Kaemmer, Concord Academy
Kaemmer led Concord Academy to
an undefeated season and an EIL
Championship. She was also given
the US Squash Scholar-Athlete award
for her performance in the classroom
and on the court. Next year she will
attend Williams College.

volleyball
Gabrielle Trotter, Bancroft
Trotter led her team in kills with 299
and aces with 153 and the team won
its 127th consecutive match, a state
record. The squad was 83-0 during
her tenure, losing only six games in
that time. Bancroft has won 10
straight EIL titles.

swimming
Thomas Casey, Suffield
Casey won the Babcock Award as the
meet MVP at the NE Prep championships.
He won two individual
events and was a member of two
winning relay teams. He owns NE
Prep records in the 100 breaststroke,
200 IM, and 200 breast.

hockey
Brooke Fernandez, Loomis Chaffe
Fernandez earned MVP honors in a
crowded field of Division 1 talent.
She finished the season with 15 goals
and 15 assists and was an All New
England forward last year as well.
She will continue her career at St.
Lawrence next year.

basketball
Kyla Wesley, Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall
The two-time Independent Girls
Conference MVP was the first player
to score more than 1,000 points at
Chapel Hill, ending her career with
1,329. Wesley, who was named team
MVP for a fourth year, will attend
WPI to study clinical psychology.

swimming
Caroline Wilson, Choate Rosemary Hall
Wilson was awarded the Grace Robertson
Award at this years NEPSAC
Swimming and Diving Championship.
Wilson won the 200 IM and
100 Free and each in commanding
fashion. She will attend Williams
College next fall.

squash
Rishi Jalan, Andover
The top player for Andover, Jalan led
his team to an undefeated record and
won the New England Interscholastic
title. Jalan also placed 10th in the
2008 US International Junior Open,
and is currently ranked in the top
four under 19 in his native India.

hockey
Alexandra Hompe, Greenwich
The forward led Greenwich with 23
goals and 16 assists this season, good
enough to earn NEPSAC Player of the
Year honors in Division 2. Hompe,
who will attend Cornell in the fall,
finished her career with 147 goals
and 112 assists.

wrestling
Shaun Stuer, Phillips Andover
Stuer posted a 31-2 record, with 19
pins, this season. He won the New
England Invitational, Class A, and
New England Championships for the
second consecutive year. He finished
75-6 in his career at Phillips and
placed sixth at nationals.
