Beth Canstantini, Newburyport: The senior captain collected four hits and earned the save as the Clippers ousted Swampscott, 13-10, in the Division 2 North quarterfinals.

Cam Latta, Lowell: The junior righthander allowed only four hits and struck out six in a complete game shutout as the Red Raiders blanked Malden Catholic, 2-0, in Division 1 North quarterfinal play.

Nick Powers, Malden: In a 4-0 victory over Lynn English in the Division 1 North quarterfinals, the junior ace fired a one-hitter, fanning 11.

Lauren Ramirez, Dracut: Racking up 13 strikeouts, the junior righty tossed a two-hit shutout in a 6-0 win over Arlington in the Division 2 North quarterfinals.

Alex Toomey, Beverly: The junior pitcher cracked a two-out, two-run double as part of a four-run inning and threw a complete game, allowing one run on three hits as the Panthers won their second consecutive postseason game since 1970, beating Gloucester, 5-1, in the Division 2 North quarterfinals.
