Hockey All-Stars to compete at DCU Center Saturday

Hockey fans have one last opportunity to catch the stars of the winter season Saturday in the Massachusetts State Hockey Coaches Association All-Star Games at the DCU Center in Worcester.

The girls take the ice first at 1:45 p.m. followed by the boys at 4 p.m. Some of the top girls expected to play include Woburn goalie Courtney Davis, Duxbury goalie Rachel Myette, and Medford’s Brittani Lanzilli, who finished her career with more than 300 points.

The boys’ game will include players who were on the ice last Sunday at TD Garden competing for a state title. Those expected to compete include Malden Catholic’s Tyler Sifferlen, Beverly’s Connor Irving, and Braintree’s Joe Harrington. In all, the games feature the top 92 high school senior boys and girls from MIAA schools.
