Molly Breen, Millis: In the Mohawks' drive to their first Division 4 state title, the junior forward poured in 22.5 points per game.
Christine Ganser, Needham: The junior forward averaged a double-double (18 points, 11.8 rebounds) in four tournament games.
Greg Kelley, Newton North: The 6-foot-8 junior center had 25 points and 12 rebounds, and missed just once inside the three-point line (11-of-12), to rally the Tigers from a 13-point halftime deficit in a Division 1 South semifinal win over Durfee.
Ricky Morrissey, Watertown: The senior forward netted 70 points in the first five games of the Division 3 tournament, providing the Raiders with a needed boost to reach the state final.
Anthony Trapasso, St. John's: The senior guard scored a combined 34 points in the state semis and the final, including a game-high 19 vs. Springfield Central. And his second-half defense of Lynn English's Ryan Woumn (one basket) sparked a dominant Pioneers run, and their first state title since 2000.
