Everett, 26-0 (half)

By Chris Forsberg, Boston.com Staff November 27, 07 07:49 PM

BC High knew it had to be perfect to hang with Everett. And it's been anything but thus far.

The Eagles let Isaac Johnson slip free on a 47-yard touchdown run in the opening minutes of the game.

An interception later in the first quarter set up a 1-yard touchdown run by Johnson, his third of the game.

Then J.W. Forte returned a punt 65 yards for a score.

The result: Everett 26, BC High 0.

Just another day at the office for the Tide.

  1. Holmesy picks football games like I edit the Globes sportspage. Be assured if I did I would fire him for that Masco pick over Gloucester....IS HE KIDDING ME?? Gloucester called off the dogs at the end of the 3rd quarter in what was nothing short of a complete domination of the Fishermen running game. Like a hot knife through butter all game long. Plus the defense pitches a shoutout. Holmsey should pick against Gloucester again. Know what I mean?
