With Saturday's results, the spring season has officially come to a close for the high school sports season.

Here is a look at the stories that recap each state championship:

Baseball

- D1: Chris Hoyt lifts Xaverian
- D2: South Hadley stuns Plymouth North
- D3: North Reading rips Mount Everett

Softball

- D1: Milford shuts down Malden
- D2: Grafton wins its first softball title
- D3: Smith-Porter, Turners Falls too strong for Case

Boys lacrosse

- D1: Duxbury wins ninth title in 11 years
- D2: Concord-Carlisle cruises to victory
- D3: Polk, Dover-Sherborn finally win title

Girls lacrosse

- D1: Westwood captures second straight title
- D2: Medfield wins first girls lacrosse title

Boys tennis

- D1: Perfect end for Needham
- D2: Wayland rallies past Sharon
- D3: Martha's Vineyard lands title

Girls tennis

- D1: Acton-Boxboro upsets Westboro
- D2: King spurs Concord-Carlisle
- D3: Bedford wins first championship

Volleyball

- Boys: Cambridge stuns Milford in state championship

Track & Field

- Girls: Newton North's Carla Forbes soars high
- Boys: Mansfield goes the distance

Golf

- Girls: Par for the course: Notre Dame rolls
