BROOKLINE — The plan was for Drew Jacobs to take a few ceremonial carries in his final game in a Milton Academy uniform, and then spend the rest of the game on the sideline nursing a right hamstring injury.
At least that’s what Mustangs coach Kevin MacDonald thought.
Jacobs had other plans.
